Price information

The listed prices are per person, per night. The local tax not included in the price, which is € 3.40 per night and person aged 14 and over and is collected on site.
Prices include Erica’s standard included services
Package weeks: weekly package prices are based on the “double room Schlern” category with included services. Price differences for other room categories are calculated according to the official price list.
Single occupancy surcharge: € 50.00 per day for a double room
Discount for 3rd person in the room: 30% (when staying with two full-paying guests).
Meals not consumed cannot be reimbursed.

Rates apply per child per day when staying in their parents’ room (two full-paying guests). Except during the family special weeks.

Booking & cancellation information

Deposit: a deposit is required to confirm your booking (details will be provided in the booking confirmation).

Cancellation conditions

Our cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB (Italian Civil Code): there is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless we grant the following cancellation conditions (‘Notice according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)’):

The accommodation contract can be terminated by the guest or the person placing the order by means of a unilateral written declaration without payment of a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date of the guests.
In the event of cancellation by the guest from 29 days to the agreed arrival date itself, 70% of the agreed total price shall be due.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full amount will be charged

Cancellation must be made by unilateral written declaration.
If the booked rooms are not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest or the customer is obliged to pay 70% of the agreed total price.
The agreed price is the price for accommodation, board and any other services.
If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled, the percentage shall only apply to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.
If a booking is cancelled, we charge a processing fee of € 50.00.

Holiday information

Check-in & check-out

Arrival and departure: your room will be available from 2:00 pm on your arrival day. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7:00 pm. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. The wellness area can be used all day for a fee of € 45.00 per person (includes access to the afternoon buffet).

We recommend booking your beauty and wellness packages at the same time as your room reservation to ensure we can meet your requests in a timely manner. Please note: cancellations for appointments in the beauty farm must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations or no-shows, 50% of the appointment price will be charged.

Holidays with your dog

Pets are warmly welcome with prior arrangement. We charge € 35.00 per day for your four-legged friend (without food) and, if required, an additional € 35.00 for the final cleaning. Please bring your pet’s basket with you. We thank you for understanding that pets are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.
